Return Policies
These Basic Exchange/Return Requirements apply to all products purchased from LAPCO FR Work Wear. All returns must meet these Basic Return Requirements in addition to each product's designated return policy, if any. A complete list of each product's return policy is listed below.
- We refund or exchange unused products which are clean, unworn, refolded and fit for resale with the original labels attached.
- All product returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may obtain an RA number by:
- Completing the Return Request Form
- Calling Customer Service at 1-800-797-1458
- We are not responsible for any items, including their associated refunds, that are returned to us or received by us without an identifying "Return Authorization Number", or are returned to any other company or address except that which is stated in our Return Authorization Receipt E-Mail.
- Products that are returned in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or credit and will not be accepted:
- Any product not purchased from LAPCO FR Work Wear.
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (example: A return initiated for a damaged product that is found to be undamaged upon inspection).
- Any product with missing, unattached, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable labels, manufacturer tags, and/or warranty label.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product exhibiting damage to the packaging during shipment contact the shipping company and file an insurance claim, otherwise please Contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Any product which appears tampered, embroidered, customized, hemmed or altered in any way.
- Any product which has been submerged in liquid, washed, laundered, dry cleaned or stained.
- Any product that is worn, mistreated, wrinkled, dirty, contaminated by animal hair, has an odor to it or is missing its original labels.
- Returns for refund are always subject to a restocking fee. Check each product's Return Policy below for details.
- Returned products which are not accepted: You will be notified by e-mail (to the e-mail address you provided on your order) that your garment is not acceptable for return with our explanation. We will hold your garment for 30 days. During that time you may claim your garment by a "Reply E-Mail" and notify us to charge your credit card on file for return postage to the shipping address on your order; or you may provide us with a pre-paid shipping label. If you do not claim your garment within 30 days of receiving our e-mail, at our discretion we will dispose of or donate your garments.
Standard 30 Day Exchange/Return Policy
- We accept the return or exchange of products within 30 days of delivery.
- Return for refund: Contact Customer Service within 30 days for your Return Authorization Number. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
- Return for exchange: Contact Customer Service within 30 days for your Return Authorization Number. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
- Exchange Garment Orders: Exchange garment orders do not qualify for free ground shipping offers.
- All the Basic Exchange/Return Requirements apply.
Non-Returnable: NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT ON THIS ITEM - ALL SALES FINAL
- We will NOT accept the return or exchange of this product.
Limited 15 Day Exchange/Return Policy
- Applies to Special Order, Close Out, Workwear Deals, and Like Wholesale Deep Discounted Pricing products.
- Special Order products covered by this policy will not be accepted for return.
- Close Out products and Like Wholesale Deep Discounted Pricing products covered by this policy will not be accepted for return unless Customer Service is contacted within 15 days of the delivery date and a Return Authorization Number is issued at the discretion of Customer Service.
- Workwear Deals products are eligible for this policy.
- Return for refund: Contact Customer Service within 15 days for your Return Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
- Return for exchange: Contact Customer Service within 15 days for your Return Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
